年数が経ち、外壁の汚れが目立ってきたので塗装を検討したことがきっかけです。

お客様のご要望

車庫部分の塗装が下地がブロックのために直ぐにめくれてくるので直したい。
道路に面した車庫を何とか一番綺麗にしたい。

こだわりポイント

カルセラタイルの目地無タイプで、細いスティックタイプのタイルを選びました。家の構えが、和洋折衷のデザインだったので、大きい通常のタイプよりも、しっくりと仕上がりました。素材が軽い素材なので軒裏の天井部分に貼っても、落ちる心配が少なくて、安心安全です。仕上がりも塗装だけではなく、2パターンの組み合わせにすることで高級感も増しました。

長年、気になっていた、車庫部分がきれいになった上、高級感あふれる仕上がりに満足しております。ブロックが水を含みやすく塗装だけではどうしても今までは、すぐに傷んでいた部分が長持ちするので、安心しております。綺麗で高級感もあり、長持ちもするとの事でカルセラタイルにして良かったです。
