リフォームのきっかけ

年齢とともに、将来を考えて一人で生活しやすい、マンション購入をすることになり、立地のよいこのマンションに決めましたが、内部は和室の続き間2間と狭い洋間、LDKとひとりで住むには、そんなに数はいらないので、少なくてもよいので使い易く掃除もしやすい広々とした部屋が欲しかった。また、水回りも古かったので、これを機会にお風呂は０．７５坪から1坪にしてキッチンもガスからIHに変更したかった。

お客様のご要望

中古マンションを購入して、のんびりひとり暮らしを満喫できる間取りにしたい。
お部屋の数が和室2間と洋間1間とLDKの細かく別れた間取りを、和室を無くし、寝室と広々としたLDK、狭い洋間は予備室として使う間取りに変更したい。
リビングのエアコンを1台つければ生活スペ－スすべて空調が効く空間を希望。
続き間だった和室の奥の1室を寝室にして、流行りの室内窓を取ることで、デザイン的にもオシャレで、風や光も必要な時には取り込める感じにしたい

こだわりポイント

狭い玄関を洋間を予備室とすることで、広くしました。
また、マンションにありがちな暗い玄関を予備室からの窓の明かりが入るように玄関との境の壁にも室枚窓を設置しました。
併せて、LDKの横にした寝室も窓が取れないので、LDKからの明かりと風が入るように開閉できる機能性とデザイン性を持たせた室枚窓を設置しました。

お客様のコメント

寒い冬でもエアコン1台で、寝室から、LDK、洗面脱衣場まで、廊下のドアを開けておけばトイレまで暖かくて快適です。
今までは、お風呂場も洗面脱衣場も、2階で寝ていたので寝室も寒かったのが、どこへ行っても暖かくて動線も短くて使い易く快適になりました。
室内窓も明かりが入り明るい上に、デザインも素敵で、友人にもオシャレ！と好評です。
