リフォームのきっかけ

ご両親が使っていたマンションを譲りうけ、ご夫婦でお住まいされるため、リフォームすることになりました。

お客様のご要望

和風の古民家のような雰囲気にしたい。　　
現在使用している家具を利用して、造作家具で収納、飾り棚なども作りたい。収納を使いやすくしたい。　　
仕事スペースを確保したい。　
ペットの動線も確保したい。
最上階なのに、キッチンが暗く、明るく開放感が欲しい。
玄関の下駄箱が足りないので大きくしたい。　
お気に入りの大きなダイニングテーブルを置けるようにしたい。

こだわりポイント

狭かったLDKと隣の和室を一つの空間にして広々と明るくしました。お手持ちの家具を活用して、カウンターやテレビ台を造作し、ピッタリと収まるようにしました。格子の壁を建て、天井には化粧梁を取付て、マンションにいながら古民家の雰囲気を出せるように工夫しました。和室にあった押し入れは隣の洋室へと続く、ウォークスルークローゼットに変更し、ペットの猫ちゃんも通り抜けられるように扉は障子戸にして、一枚だけ敢えて紙を貼らず、猫ちゃんの通り道になりました。またウォークスルークローゼットの中には奥様の趣味のアクセサリーを作る作業スペースを作りました。ＬＤＫから収納を通って寝室に抜ける動線、コレクションを置くための飾り棚など、こだわりと見所が満載です。

和室とリビングを一つの空間にできて、広々とすることができました。インテリアも思い通りで家具もピッタリ収まって感動です。和室の押し入れをとり、寝室へつながるウォークスルークローゼットにしたのは驚きでした。多かった荷物も収まり、ペットの猫の出入口もでき、ワークスペースも作れて、欲しいものが全て詰まった部屋になりました。念願の古民家風のデザインをマンションに取り入れ、明るく、最上階の景色も楽しめるお部屋でコーヒータイムを楽しんでいます。
