リフォームのきっかけ

建ててから外壁を直しておらず、ところどころ塗装が剥がれてきたり、窓周りや壁の飾りのトリムが凍害で傷みがひどくなってきた。併せて屋根もコロニアルも色あせてきたので、外回りを今まで温めてきたイメージに一新したかった。

お客様のご要望

お気に入りの前庭ファザードが映える、憧れのレンガタイルを貼りたい。
トリムは窯業系だったので凍害で傷んでいたが、リフォームしてもまたトリムはつけたい。
玄関ドアも交換して、ポストや照明や表札と玄関先をトータルで前庭とのバランスも考えて提案してほしい。

こだわりポイント

メーカーさんにレンガ風のタイルの見本をもらい、色や大きさなどお客様のこだわりにお答えできるように、仕上がりの外壁の色と併せてイメージパースを作りました。また、ベランダ部分にはあえてレンガタイルではなく素材の違う、樹脂のサイジングを貼ったり、トリムも耐久性を考えて、樹脂製のトリムをご提案しました。
