リフォームのきっかけ
現在の住まいが郊外で車がないと生活が不便だったため、空家となっていた繁華街に近く、生活の便が良い古い実家へ移り住みたかった。
お客様のご要望
- 独立型のキッチンを和室と洋室へ移動し、広々としたLDKにしたい。
- ダンスの衣装やおでかけ用の荷物を収納できるスペースが欲しい。
- 生活の大部分を1階で完結できるようにしたい。
- 和の雰囲気を残しつつ、モノトーングレイを基調としたモダンなインテリアにしたい。

こだわりポイント
玄関先の廊下は広さがあるものの使い切れていない空間でしたので、お出かけの際にカバンや上着をさっと置ける便利なスペースへと生まれ変わらせました。
また、もともと独立型だったキッチンは衣装部屋として活用し、普段着からダンスの衣装までたっぷり収納できる空間を確保しています。
全体としては、ワンフロアで暮らしやすいアーバンスタイルマンションのようなレイアウトとし、モノトーングレイを基調としたモダンな雰囲気に仕上げました。
