リフォームのきっかけ

ウッドデッキが劣化してきて、デッキのスロープが滑るのでなくしたいと思い、また外壁のれんがが剥がれ落ちてきており、危険なので修繕したい思いました。

こだわりポイント

玄関ポーチになっている大きなウッドデッキは木が腐り、階段共危険なので、メンテナンスが簡単な人口木のデッキで腐りにくい物に取替。外壁は下地に水が廻り正面以外は下地自体が腐っている状態。レンガをはがし、下地からやり替える。水の侵入が一番激しい煙突は撤去し外壁、屋根を補修。外壁３面は樹脂ｻｲﾃﾞｨﾝｸﾞで仕上げ、正面はアクセントにレンガを残しました。屋根の痛み具合もひどかったので、石付のがりバリウムを上から貼り、照明も新しく取替てきれいに。輸入住宅の雰囲気を壊さず、危険な箇所は改修して３０年の保証もついて安心です。

下地が土のようになっていたのに驚きました。建てた会社はすでになく、輸入住宅ができる会社を探していましたが、良かったです。レンガが落下して危険な状態でしたが、劣化した部分は取り除き、樹脂に変わって安心です。人口木のデッキも腐る心配もなくきれいに見違えました。屋根外壁、ウッドデッキと外側全部すっきっり改修ができて一安心です。
