- マンション購入を機に設備・内装イメージを一新し、明るく開放的な広いLDKにしたい。
- セカンドライフを見据えて、限られたスペースに効率の良い収納を設け、すっきりと暮らしたい。
- 愛犬に優しい素材にしたい。間地切ればゲストルームとしても使える畳コーナーが欲しい。
- 飽きのこない上品でシンプルな内装にしたい。

こだわりポイント
マンション特有の梁や採光窓はそのままに、間取を見直し、LDKを実現。寝室とリビングの間にウォークスルーできるクローゼットを配置しプライベートの動線と廊下からの動線を分けました。ペット対応のマンション対応の遮熱性能を満たした床を採用。各部屋のインテリアイメージに合わせ、住設や内装、置き畳など、こだわって選定。各部屋や廊下、寝室、客間などそれぞれに収納スペースを充実させました。窓のない廊下にはセンサー付照明を採用しました。
