リフォームのきっかけ

賃貸アパートでの暮らしから中古マンションを購入し、アパートの家賃並みの返済で自分好みの間取り、内装で暮らしたかった。

お客様のご要望

イメージはリゾートホテル。
ワンフロアでシンプルで、無駄が無く、すっきっりとした部屋にしたい。
内装は輸入住宅のようにオシャレにしたい。

こだわりポイント

ワンルームでホテルのように広々とした空間に。家事室を作り、趣味の物や、洗濯物を干すスペースに。内装は白でまとめ、窓には全てウッドブラインドを取付、リゾート感を出しました。
キッチンの前の壁には室内窓を取付、キッチンにも光が入り、外から見てもカフェのように見えてオシャレな空間に。
洗面化粧台はカウンタータイプにして、キャビネットはなく、丸い鏡を取付ました。鏡の上にブラケット照明を取付雰囲気を出します。
窓廻りやドアの廻りにはケーシングを取付、海外風の雰囲気を出しました。

お客様のコメント

ワンルームで自由に快適に暮らせます。広々として、リゾートホテルで寛いでいるような感覚です。
家事室は掃除用具や洗濯物、趣味の物など、見せたくないような物をしまい、リビングは広く、すっきりとしました。
収納はあえて減らし、物を必要最低限にして暮らしています。　　　
ローンの返済は家賃並みで、快適に暮らせ、人生がかわりました。中古マンションを購入して本当によかったです。
