リフォームのきっかけ

水廻りが老朽化してきたのをきっかけに、冬は寒い我が家を快適に過ごせるようにしたいと思いました。内装は輸入住宅風のデザインにしたいとずっと思っていて、イメージしているものを形にできるところにお願いしたいと思っていました。

  • 憧れの輸入住宅の雰囲気にしたい。
  • 水廻りが老朽化してきたので取替えしたい／寒い。特に窓から入ってくる冷気をなんとかしたい。

こだわりポイント

施工部分はスケルトン状態にして、断熱材を入れ直し、窓も断熱窓に取替えしたり、内窓をつけたりし、断熱性をアップさせました。壁付けのキッチンは対面型に変更し、背面には家電収納、キッチン横の階段下にはなんでも収納できるスペースを設けました。隣り合った和室も洋室に変更し、2枚引き込み戸をつけることで、プライベートな空間としても、LDKの続きとしても使えるフレキシブルな空間になるようにしました。
内装は白を基調として、アーチやモールディングで輸入住宅の雰囲気を作りつつ、今までの座卓の生活にも考慮し、置き畳を採用するなど、お客様の生活様式に合わせてご提案をしました。浴室と洗面所は設備機器を一新し、内装もやり替えしました。

お客様のコメント

アーチの下がり壁やモールなど、今までの和風テイストの自宅からは想像できないくらいに素敵な空間になりました。窓も断熱窓に取替えしたり、内窓を取り付けしたりしたことで、暖かさが全然違います。間取りは大きく変えていませんが、清掃性や断熱性が上がることで、快適に過ごせるようになりました。なによりＬＤＫが憧れていた輸入住宅風な空間になりリビングにいる時間が長くなりました。
