リフォームのきっかけ

昔ながらのタイルのお風呂で、冬は入るのが憂鬱なほど寒かった。掃除をしても目地が汚れやすいのも悩み。
洗面所はお湯と水を調整しないといけないカランが使いづらいく、正面に窓があるため鏡は横に付いていて狭い感じもあった。

浴室は掃除のしやすいものにしたい。
洗面化粧台は使いやすいカランに変えたい。

こだわりポイント

浴室をリフォームするにあたって、タイルからUBに替えると基本的に少し小さいサイズのUBを入れる形になります。もともと0.75坪だったため、間取りを少し考えることでゆったり大きなUBを提案させて頂きました。外壁も合わせて工事したことで、特に寒さを気にされていた浴室・洗面室の窓もタイミング良く替えることができ、断熱性もUPしました。

洗面化粧台の位置も使いやすい場所になり、ボウル下も開き扉から引出しタイプになり収納がしやすくなり、満足しています。
