リフォームのきっかけ

以前に一度塗装をしましたが、築年数と共に防水機能が低下し退色や凍害が起こりひどく傷んでいました。今後はもう外壁に費用をかけたくないと思い直すことにしました。

剥がれ落ちたりすることのない丈夫な外壁にしたい。

こだわりポイント

もう塗装はできない状態までに劣化していた外壁に、今回は樹脂サイディングの重ね貼りをご提案しました。
湿気や気象条件により凍害の起こりやすい東北や北陸地方には水を吸わない樹脂がおすすめです。軽くて直貼りできる工法なので耐荷重も問題ないですし、木下地の必要な金属サイディングに比べて納期も短縮できます。本体にグレーを選び、玄関周りやコーナー・窓まわりの見切り材に白色でアクセントにしました。

雨樋や軒裏、破風もきれいに塗装し、新築のようにきれいになったと大変満足できました。もう今後は外装の心配をしなくて良いので安心しました。
