リフォームのきっかけ

3世帯みんな仲が良く、水回りは共用していましたが、若世帯に赤ちゃんができて、いよいよ生活時間帯があまりにも違うため、これを機会に2階の若世帯の広い寝室兼リビングをＬＤＫに変えたい。2階の広い階段ホールを部屋に取り込み収納クローゼットにしたい。

お客様のご要望

  • セカンドキッチンのイメージで、来客の際にお茶が出せれるスペースがほしい。
  • ペットの猫がいるので、遊びのスペースがほしい。
  • 1階降りなくても、簡単な顔を洗うコーナーがほしい。
  • 広い階段ホールのスペースをつぶしてウォーキングクローゼットがほしい。

こだわりポイント

LDKとなる、既存の広い寝室のアクセントクロスがまだ張り替えて新しく、ご主人様もお気に入りだったので、その壁面は残し、その色柄に合うLDKのコーディネートとしました。キッチンの対面側にカウンターを付け横には絵本を片づけるマガジンラックも設けました。可愛らしいペンダント照明がお部屋のアクセントとなっております。広い階段ホールに、親世帯とのしきりに有効ボードを貼った、腰壁をつけて、下部には猫がくぐれる穴を付けました。

お客様のコメント

決して広い空間ではありませんが、自分たちのLDKができて、気兼ねなくキッチンが使えてうれしいです。また、以前は収納だった部分を狭い空間ですがパントリーとして使えるので、生活の雑多としたものをしまえて、大変便利です。リビングのドアを開けると親の寝室ドアとが近いので境に壁を付ました。、お互い目線が気にならずまたピンナップもできる有効ボードの壁なので、楽しく飾りもできるので一石二鳥です。猫のくぐり穴もあって、猫も大喜びです。またホールには希望のウォーキングクローゼット、納戸、簡単な洗面台も設置でき、使い勝手も抜群になりました。
