リフォームのきっかけ

寝室が2階にあり、2階に上がる階段が昔ながらの階段で勾配が急。以前、階段から落ちたこともあり、今後の生活を考えて1階に寝室を設けたいと考えるようになりました。長男家族は近くに住んでいますが、長男はいずれ実家に入って欲しい。長男家族と一緒に生活できるように今から準備したい。

お客様のご要望

息子様ご家族と同居できる２世帯住宅にしたい。
冬が寒いので暖かい家にしてほしい。
離れの納屋を居住スペースにしたい。
母屋の2階には息子様ご家族の部屋は確保できるが 1階は田の字の和室の為、離れの納屋にお母さまのお部屋（水廻り含む）を設けたい。

こだわりポイント

2階建てにするには低すぎる天井高だったため、70代のお母様が安全に過ごせるように『ワンフロアの暮らし』がより最適と考え低かった１Fの天井をとり、大屋根まで吹き抜けた空間をつくりました。

少しうねりのある丸太梁がかかっていたので、それをそのまま意匠に取り込む計画としました。山に囲まれ自然豊かな環境だった事もあり、LDKの内装は素材にもこだわりました。
珪藻土や大建「日本の樹」シリーズの羽目板、床材、すこやか畳を採用する事で自然素材を取り入れつつ床暖房にも対応できるため、大空間でも冬は暖かく過ごせ、雰囲気のある空間に仕上げる事ができました。
吹き抜け空間にかかる梁を使用してライン照明を埋め込み、器具デザインが空間を邪魔する事のない照明計画にしました。
格子戸を入れてキッチンを隠す事でワンフロアでありながら、リラックスできる空間になったと思います。

まるで旅館のような仕上がりで満足してます。
母屋から離れの間にサンルームがあり家事動線がすごく便利になりました。
今まで冬が寒くて家でもジャンパーを羽織っていましたが、今回の工事で天井、壁、床に寒さ・暑さ対策で断熱工事をしていただいたので今年の冬は寒さに悩まなくて良さそうです。
当初の予算よりオーバーしましたが思い切ってリフォームして良かったです。
本当にセルコホームにお願いして良かった。
