リフォームのきっかけ
設備機器が古く使いずらいので、替え時でした。キッチンにいるとリビングが分かれているため子供たちの様子が見えず心配で、子供たちが台所に来ると危なくまた心配な家を何とかしたいと思ってました。

- 設備機器を使いやすいものにしたい。
- キッチンにいるとリビングが分かれているため家族の様子が見えないのを解消し、リビングは同居する家族がそれぞれの居場所を確保しつつ、共存し合える空間にし、それぞれが好きなことをしていてもそれぞれを邪魔しない落ち着く家にしたい。

ご要望の広さのリビングを確保し、家族の生活動線を考え、浴室は移設してランドリーも含めた広い洗面脱衣室。キッチンはこだわりのセパレートキッチン。みんなでお料理を楽しめます。キッチンの奥にはスタディルーム。今は遊び場→スタディルーム→書斎と必要に応じて楽しめるスペースもあります。必要な個所に収納スペースも充実させました。大家族のにぎやかな声が響くお家です。
