リフォームのきっかけ
築40年近いマンションをご購入され、賃貸の部屋として活用したいというのがきっかけでリフォームのご相談がありました。前のオーナー様が2部屋を1部屋として使っていたのを、元々の2部屋に分割して販売したため、ご購入された部屋には浴室・洗面スペースがありませんでした。そのため、浴室・洗面スペースの新設も必要でした。

こだわりポイント
金沢市のお茶屋さんをイメージして、「群青」「朱赤」など印象的な色を壁やキッチンの色合いとして取り入れ、目の引く内装に仕上げました。古都金沢の伝統色をモダンにアレンジし、暮らす人にとって心地よい空間にしました。洋室と和室の2部屋だったのをLDKと畳コーナーにすることで、ダイニングスペースやリビングスペースを確保しながらも、全体的に広々とした空間になりました。
