リフォームのきっかけ
空き家になっていた実家をリフォームして定年後のリターンに向けて住環境を整えたい。
お客様のご要望
- 築年数約50年経過の為、タイルのお風呂は寒く狭く温かいユニットバスにしたい。
- 老後夫婦2人が快適に生活できるようバリアフリーにしたい。

こだわりポイント
県外に在住のお客様だった為、メーカーのショールームで選定いただいた好みのものをそのままプランに取り入れました。
広いカウンター洗面をご希望されていたので、オーダーメイドの造作家具で提案しました。
間接照明にモザイクタイルが反射し、おしゃれでリッチなパウダールーム兼洗面脱衣になりました。
デッドスペースを利用して、ストックやリネン類の可動収納を設置しました。
お客様のコメント
自分達で選んだユニットバス全体のデザインにあうかどうか心配していましたが、商品に合わせて他のコーディネートもアドバイスもらえたの全体に満足しています。
オリジナルのフルｵｰﾀﾞｰ洗面家具と、生活感の出る買置きやリネン類の棚は別の壁面に設けてもらったので洗面は常にきれいな状態でキープできそうです。
収納がたくさんあって普段使いからストックまで重宝します。
