リフォームのきっかけ

手狭になってきた子世帯の生活スペースと親世帯の共用スペースの位置を見直し、築約100年ほどの古民家を暮らしやすいように間取りから一新したい。

お客様のご要望

タイルの浴室はとても寒く、掃除がしにくかった。
家族が多いので洗面所は朝のラッシュ時は混んで不便なので、洗面と脱衣は分けたい。
洗面は2人が同時に身支度できるようにしたい。

こだわりポイント

大家族が気兼ねなく洗面と身支度ができるように、規格の洗面台と造作のカウンタースペースを組み合わせました。また大量の洗濯物が干せるように天井からの昇降式と壁付の竿掛けを設け、そのまま脱衣場で着替えもできるスペースを確保し機能的に使える空間にしました。
