賃貸アパートから中古マンションを購入してリノベーション。

お客様のご要望

間取りを変更し、床はヘリンボーン柄にしたい。
読書が趣味なので、壁一面に大きな本棚を造作したい。

こだわりポイント

お客様のこだわりのヘリンボーン柄の床は足触りもいい無垢のフローリングを一本一本貼り、存在感を出します。間取りは和室をLDKに取り入れ、壁一面に大きな本棚を造作。大容量でたくさんの本もしっかり収納できます。LDKからはウォークスルークローゼットを通り、寝室に行けるよう動線をよくしました。雨の日でも洗濯物が干せるようにサンルームも作りました。
