リフォームのきっかけ

築年数がたち、外壁が傷んできたので、外壁工事に伴い外観をリニューアルすることになりました。

お客様のご要望

擬石を貼り、輸入住宅の重厚な雰囲気を出したい。
正面の目立つ部分は石を貼り、それ以外の面は既存の外壁の上から樹脂サイディングを貼る。
セルコホームにあるようなモールを使い、デザイン性が高い外観に変えたい。

こだわりポイント

擬石を正面に貼り、樹脂サイディングは2種類のデザインを使いました。窓廻りはキーストーンやクロスヘッド、妻飾り、モールなどをたくさん使い、これぞ輸入住宅という重厚感を出しました。

外観がガラッと変わり、思い通りになりました。樹脂サイディングはメンテナンスが今後ほとんどかからないので長期保証で安心して住めます。
