お客様のご要望

マンション購入を機に設備・内装イメージを一新し、明るく開放的な広いLDKにしたい。
セカンドライフを見据えて、限られたスペースに効率の良い収納を設け、すっきりと暮らしたい。
愛犬に優しい素材にしたい。間地切ればゲストルームとしても使える畳コーナーが欲しい。
飽きのこない上品でシンプルな内装にしたい。

こだわりポイント

マンション特有の梁や採光窓はそのままに、間取を見直し、LDKを実現。寝室とリビングの間にウォークスルーできるクローゼットを配置しプライベートの動線と廊下からの動線を分けました。ペット対応のマンション対応の遮熱性能を満たした床を採用。各部屋のインテリアイメージに合わせ、住設や内装、置き畳など、こだわって選定。各部屋や廊下、寝室、客間などそれぞれに収納スペースを充実させました。窓のない廊下にはセンサー付照明を採用しました。

まるで新築のようになり満足しています。収納も随所に使いやすく配置できたのでとても使いやすく、イメージ通りの仕上がりにコンパクトながらもスッキリとした暮らしを充実できました。ペット対応の床にしたので愛犬との新生活も安心です。
