リフォームのきっかけ
築18年を超え、外壁が傷んできたので一新したいと思った。愛犬を我が家に迎えることになったので、遊べるドックランが欲しい。

- サッシ上部からの雨漏りがたまにあるのが気になる。
- ウッドデッキの痛み酷く、歩行が危険になってきているので、撤去したい。

こだわりポイント
劣化や錆の心配のない樹脂サイディングを提案しました。色は落ち着いた緑のサイプレスに、コーナー部材にホワイトを入れてアクセントにしました。窓飾りも取り換えて濃い緑が栄えます。
玄関扉はタッチキーを採用して家族みんなスムーズな出入りが可能です。
ご希望の愛犬のためのドックランも完備し、人工芝の緑が家とマッチしてきれいです。

外回りが一新してすっきりしました。外壁は黄色から落ち着いた緑に変わりつつもホワイトのアクセントで可愛い輸入風のイメージで満足しています。屋根も白く気になっていましたが、上から重ねたことで、安心しました。色も黒くなり引き締まった印象になりました。家庭菜園は出来なくなりましたが、手入れが大変だったので、今回伐採してすっきりしました。 愛犬も喜んでドックランに走って行きます。雪の日も元気に走り回っていました。作って良かったです。
