リフォームのきっかけ
外壁の痛みが気になっており、窓のシャッターが錆びてきたりして外観をよくしたいと思っていました。
屋根も８年前に塗装をしたのですが、また傷んできたので、もう塗装をしなくてもいい方法がないかと思っていました。
浴室・洗面台も使いづらくなってきたので、新しく取替えしたかったです。
お客様のご要望
- 外壁は塗装がいいのか、カバー工法がいいのか提案してほしい。
- 窓のシャッターが錆びてきて落ちそうで怖いのでなんとかしたい。
- 屋根も８年前に塗装をしたが、また傷んできたので、もう塗装をしなくてもいい方法がいい。
- 浴室は浴槽のまたぎが深く、今後心配なので、安心しては入れる浴室にしたい。
- 洗面台は水栓部分が水漏れしたりして使いづらくなってきたので、新しい商品に取替えしたい。

こだわりポイント
外壁は部分的に凍害が起こっており、塗装よりもカバー工法の方が長期的にみてメンテナンス性もいいので、カバー工法をご提案致しました。海に近い立地でしたので、錆に強い樹脂サイディングをお勧めしました。
屋根も塗膜にポコポコと穴が開いてきていましたので、外壁と同じくカバー工法をお勧めしました。
浴室・洗面所は設備機器を一新し、安全で快適な空間をご提案致しました。

外壁がきれいになって、庭の手入れにも身が入ります。玄関ドアも次は交換したいなとか、まだリフォームしていない所が気になってきて、今後手加えていく楽しみができました。お風呂は、以前は寒かったのですが、温かくとても快適でゆっくり入るようになりました。入浴剤を入れなくてもお湯がまろやかにもなって、今後安心して暮らせる住まいになったと感じています。
