リフォームのきっかけ

ご両親が暮らすご実家を同居するために2世帯住宅に。

お客様のご要望

7人の大家族でも楽しく快適に過ごせるようにしたい。
水回りの混雑をなくしたい。
間取りは大きく変えて長く使えるようにしたい。　　　
収納は多く作りたい。
電気製品は最新の物を入れたい。

こだわりポイント

キッチンを中心にみんなが集まるLDKに。洗面所は洗面台を幅が広いカウンタ―タイプにして洗面ボウル隣に立って髪を乾かしたり、お化粧をしたり、2人同時に使えるように。浴室とは別にシャワー室も設置。トイレは１階と2階に1つずつ作りました。2階のご夫婦の寝室にはウォークインクローゼットを作り、若夫婦専用の洗濯機を設置しました。ご両親のお部屋にもウォークインクローゼットと、屋根裏収納を設置しました。1階にはお姉さんのお部屋を作り、将来はご両親が下で暮らせるように、先のことも考えて寝室を設けました。玄関にはシューズクロークを作り、家族それぞれの荷物が収納できるスペースも作りました。玄関はすっきりきれいにお客様を迎え入れられるようにしました。

それぞれのスペースで快適に暮らせて、ＬＤＫではキッチンを囲み、みんなで楽しく集えるスペースもできました。歳を重ねて家族構成が変わっても長く使える間取りになりました。
