リフォームのきっかけ

おばあちゃんの家の中での移動に不安が出てきて、安全に生活できるようにバリアフリーにしたいと思ったのがきっかけです。水廻りも老朽化してきたいので、水廻りの機器を新しくしたいと思いました。

こだわりポイント

おばあちゃんの安全を第一に考え、段差がなく、移動がしやすいようにしました。特に玄関は自分で歩いて出入りできるように、おばあちゃんのお部屋から外に出入りがしやすい向きで、段差が小さく、手摺を取り付けた部分を作り、無理なく移動できるように配慮しました。水廻りの出入口は車イスでの移動も見越し、引戸にしました。

お客様のコメント

各部屋からの移動の動線や、家事動線を考えてもらったので、ちょっとの配置換えでとても使いやすい水廻りになりました。また、段差の事や手摺の取り付け位置など、細かい部分にも配慮してもらったので、安全で安心できる家になり大満足です。
