リフォームのきっかけ

現在のヘルシーなお惣菜屋さんが地元で人気のお店になり、将来を見据えて、ステップアップするのためにお店の一角に輸入家電と食のデモンストレーションができる空間を作りたいと思った。現在のお店の部分についても、動線や使い勝手の高さや配置など不便な部分を解消したい部分もあったので、併せてのリニュアルを検討していた。

決まった予算の中でできる範囲で行いたい。
今現在のお店の雰囲気を壊さずにコラボ空間を仕上げたいが、輸入家電を扱うので、安っぽくならないようにしたい。
コラボ空間はゆったりとスペースを取ってたくさんの方に参加して欲しい。

こだわりポイント

既存のお店のコンセプトがしっかりしていたので、コラボ空間も似たテイストで揃えました。輸入家電を扱うとの事なので、あまりゴテゴテしないように、モダンな家電が映えるようなシンプルなイメージの設えとしました。キッチン調理スペースを中心に周りに収納や、冷蔵庫、シンクを配置して、動線をうまく確保できました。ペンダント照明が空間のアクセントとなり、夜はとても良い雰囲気の明かりが外から見えていい感じです。

お客様のコメント

既存のお店と違和感なく空間が仕上がりました。真ん中にみんなで囲んでお料理を作れるIHと食洗器を組み込んだ大きなカウンターを中心に、洗濯機を組み込んだシンクや、大型の冷蔵庫がひとつの空間にうまく納まりました。早くこのコーナーを活用してお客様に色々と食の提案をしたいです。
