リフォームのきっかけ

外壁の汚れやひび割れ箇所があり、コーキングの劣化も目立ってきたのできれいにしたいと相談しました。正面の幕板や窓周りの化粧枠も傷んでいるのが気になっていました。

築年数が経過し、汚れやひび割れも目立ち、古くなった家の印象を一新したい。
今後メンテナンス費用がかからないようなものにしたい。

こだわりポイント

今後はメンテナンスがほとんどいらないような耐久性の良い外壁材をご提案しました。樹脂サイディングは湿気や水を吸わないので、これまでの窯業サイディングのようにひび割れや剥離等の劣化現象が起こりません。せっかくの外観のリニューアルなので、もともとの張り分け方を変えてアクセントにデザインのあるシリーズの商品をご提案しました。
