リフォームのきっかけ
将来車の運転もできなくらったら、便利の良い今は住んでいない実家で過ごせれば、と思いリフォームの展示場として借すという機会がありリフォームすることになりました。
お客様のご要望
- 築年数が古いので耐震が心配だが、全体をすると費用が嵩むので寝室だけでも補強したい。
- 断熱材も入っているかわからないので、断熱もしっかりしたい。
- 外壁も今後直さずに済む仕上げにしたい。
- 2階は使わず、1階だけで生活ができるよういしたい。

こだわりポイント
マンションライフのように、エアコン1台で1階フロアで、すべてが賄えるように断熱・動線を考えました。
耐震に関しては寝室に耐震シェルターを組み込み、せめてこの部屋だけは地震で家が壊れても大丈夫な空間を作りました。
お部屋は以前和室の続き間だった空間をLDKとして、素敵な和風のお庭を臨め以前の雰囲気も感じられます。
お客様のコメント
使っていなかった実家を将来を見越した外回り、断熱、耐震も含めて間取りや水回りや内装を一新できていつでも郊外から引越しして来れるので、この先安心です。
特にお気に入りは、手入れされた庭をキッチンに立っても、リビングからでも見ることができるところです。
サッシも内窓で2重にしたり、断熱サッシに取替えしたりして暖かく過ごせるのが楽しみです。
