リフォームのきっかけ

河原を臨む、南向きで窓際のロケーションが良い中古のマンションを購入し、春は桜並木が見える窓辺を生かした書斎コーナーと納戸を兼ね備えた部屋を作り、そこで、お気に入りの座り心地の良いソファーで景色を眺めながら、コーヒーを飲みたいと思いました。

お客様のご要望

ローケーションを楽しめる書斎コーナーが欲しい。
壁で仕切った納戸にも明かりが欲しいので、室内窓とドアには大きなガラスを入れたい。
狭い空間になるがナチュラルなイメージで仕上げたいので1部木のアクセントの壁を使ったり床はサイザル麻製のカーペットタイルにしたい。
書斎コーナーとリビングを普段はオープンでも仕切れるようにしたい。

こだわりポイント

大人なイメージで、シンプルな中にも、「大人可愛い」部分を提案。間仕切りの大きな壁を引き戸にしてその壁を北欧柄の木で目立たないけれどインパクトのあるアクセントクロスにしたり洗面のタイルもアンティークなタイル、食器収納の飾り棚にもモザイクタイルを用いました。

子供も独立して、これからの夫婦2人で過ごすために憧れのロケーションの良い南向きの中古のマンションを購入。中はとても綺麗でそのままでも充分住める物件でいたが思い描いていた書斎コーナーだけは実現したかっつたので引越の前にリフォームできて、住みながらの工事ではなかったので、工事中のストレスなく素敵な仕上がりに満足しています。
