リフォームのきっかけ
築１７年が経ち、外壁の防水コーキングが切れており雨漏れのリスクが高まり気になってきました。またタイル調の外壁の塗装が色あせてきたので外壁の防水工事を検討しました。

- デザインよりも、なるべく今後のメンテナンス費用を抑えたい。

こだわりポイント
樹脂サイディングは塗装やコーキングのメンテナンスが今後かなり軽減され、また、海も比較的近いので塩害にも強い樹脂サイジングのカバー工法をお勧めしました。
お客様のコメント
これからの10年後を考えると、子供にもお金がかかるタイミングになってくるので、初期投資は割高になりましたが、塗装が不要な樹脂を提案いただいて良かったです。デザインにはあまりこだわりは無かったですが、玄関周りだけアクセントを提案いただき仕上がりにも満足しています。
