リフォームのきっかけ

長年住み続ける中で、設備の老朽化や使い勝手の不便さが気になるようになり、リフォームを検討されるようになりました。せっかくの機会なので、内装も一新して住まいの印象を大きく変えたいというご希望がありました。
以前から憧れていた“オールドカントリースタイル”の暮らしを実現したいという想いが高まり、今回のリフォームに至りました。

こだわりポイント

キッチン、洗面化粧台、建具はすべてウッドワンで統一し、無垢の面材とタイルを取り入れることで、使うほどに愛着がわくデザインと素材感を大切にしました。
床材には、セルコホームオリジナルのパインフローリングを採用。無垢材ならではの、あたたかくやさしい足ざわりと、年を重ねるごとに深まる風合いにこだわりました。
玄関の上がり框にはモザイクタイルを使用し、パインの床材と調和させながらも、玄関を開けた瞬間に印象的な存在感を放つようにデザインしています。
窓まわりにはモリスのカーテンを選び、空間全体にオールド感をプラス。
「本物の素材は、時とともに味わいと愛着が深まる」という思いを大切に、細部にまでこだわった心地よい空間づくりにこだわりました。
