リフォームのきっかけ

外壁の表面が凍害によって剥がれ落ち、もはや手の施しようがない末期状態に。複数の業者に相談するも対応が難しく、途方に暮れていたところ、セルコホームに問い合わせた結果、「超軽量発泡セラミックタイル（カルセラ）なら施工可能」との回答をいただきました。それをきっかけに、外壁工事を決意しました。

お客様のご要望

洋風のレンガ調の外観にしたいと思っていた。
凍害の被害がひどく、とにかく早くどうにかしたかった。
将来また大規模な工事をするのは避けたいので、凍害にならない素材を使いたかった。

こだわりポイント

剥がれ落ちていた既存の外壁は、まず丁寧に整形。その上から超軽量セラミックタイル「カルセラ」を施工することで、凍害や外壁の重みによる負担の心配もなく、洋風の外観へとイメージチェンジしました。

今回の施工では、カルセラを2色に張り分け、さらに妻面にはアイアンの妻飾りを取り付けることで、南欧風の雰囲気を演出。より印象的な仕上がりとなりました。

工事前には、外観のCGパターンをいくつか作成し、お客様のお住まいに合わせたご提案を実施。完成後のイメージがしやすいように工夫しています。
