リフォームのきっかけ

奥様の趣味が高じて、美味しいシフォンケーキのお店を構えるのに通りに面した好立地の物件を建物は古いが鉄骨造なので躯体がしっかりとしていたので中をスケルトンにして1階を店舗と駐車スペース、2階を住まいに改装して、住める物件を購入した。

お客様のご要望

1階のお店は、ひとりで数量限定で出すお店なので、狭くてよい。
奥様が寒いのが苦手なので、しっかり断熱工事を施してほしい。
子供がまだ小さいのでキッチンに立っても家族団らんで過ごせる広々としたLDKがほしい。

ご夫婦ともセンスが良いので、好みもはっきりされており、全体にシンプルでご希望の仕上がりとなりました。御主人様は家具職人さんなのでご自分で使い勝手の良い素敵なキッチンには収納用の棚を造作されて、オープンキッチンですが、物がしっかりと納まっております。リビングにおかれた革製のソファとのバランスも抜群です。

長年の夢だった、シフォンケーキのお店を、子供がまだ小さいので自宅で始めることができて大変うれしいです。2階の自宅スペースもマンションのようにワンフロア―で過ごせるので、動線も短くて生活はしやすいです。外観も白いガリバリュウム鋼板なのででシンプルな倉庫のような雰囲気でお店のサインが映えて良い感じです。
