子供達も成人し、数年後の定年を見据え、充実したセカンドライフを送りたい。趣味の部屋を作りたい。水廻り設備も古くなってきたので一新したい。

趣味の部屋には自ら設計した趣味のものが納まる書斎を作ってほしい。
水廻りの間取は大きく変更せず、古くなった設備の交換をしたい。
