リフォームのきっかけ

外からの騒音でテレビも聞こえない時があるので、防音性能を高め、リビングでくつろげるようにしたいというのがきっかけです。それに伴い水廻りや外壁の経年劣化も気になってきたので合わせて、リフォームしたいとのことでした。

こだわりポイント

防音性能を高めたいということでしたので、まずは窓から入ってくる音を軽減するために、窓は性能の高い窓に取替えし、大きさも小さくしたり、複層ガラスの厚みを替えて音の反響を減らしたりしました。更に内窓も取り付けすることで、窓から入ってくる音の対策をしました。他には外壁は経年劣化で痛んできていましたので、こちらも防音効果のある金属サイディングのカバー工事をご提案しました。また壁も2重貼にして音の伝わりが軽減できるように工夫しました。

窓ガラスの厚みなど色々防音対策を提案してもらい工事をしました。実際に音は軽減され、リビングでテレビの音が聞こえないことがあったのですが、工事後はそれはなくなりストレスが減りました。水廻りは機器の取替えと内装ですが、お気に入りの機器が見つかり、使う度に快適に過ごしています。玄関ドアを取替えした際に鍵をタッチキーにしたらとても便利になりちょっとのことですがオプションで付けて良かったなと思います。
