リフォームのきっかけ

老朽化に伴ってLDKの改装、好みの外観にしたいと思いました。

お客様のご要望

好きな輸入風のテイストにしたい。
キッチンには大型の冷蔵庫を置きたい。
冬はとても寒く光熱費がを削減したい。
大型犬も飼っているので手入れが楽な素材にしたい。
石油の暖炉を置きたい。

こだわりポイント

セルコホームオリジナルの輸入をキッチンを採用しました。お部屋の寸法に合わせてカウンターサイズはオーダーサイズに加工して作製しました。食器棚もキッチンと合わせた造作で統一しました。レッドの壁紙×ホワイトのモールディングが引き立ち輸入テイストが引き立ちます。寒さ対策として内壁をめくり断熱材を入替え、窓は断熱サッシ、断熱玄関ドアにしました。又灯油の暖炉は暖炉の中でも比較的維持管理が簡単なので採用しました。耐熱のレンガなどインテリアのアクセントにもなっています。廊下は腰板風の壁と無垢の木目調の床材はペットがひっかいても汚れやキズに強い素材を採用しました。玄関の和風のポーチ柱も撤去し、ブルーグレーの外壁と白の洋風の玄関ドアでイメージを一新しました。窓は白に統一して、和瓦はそのままでも洋風の外観に生まれ変わりました。
