リフォームのきっかけ

物置になっていた2階の2部屋でカフェスペースに改造する夢を実現したいと思った。

もともと1階でカフェを営業していたが、見晴らしのよい2階に移動したい。

こだわりポイント

オーナーの御主人様の手書きの設計図を元に計画を始めました。少しラフな板目の壁や味のある建具やガラスを利用して個性的な雰囲気を演出し、窓を広げ、明るく解放的な空間に仕上げました。お客様のこだわりの家具、ショーケースは清潔感のあるものを設置し、居心地のよい店舗に生まれ変わりました。

他の業者さんでリフォームをしたこともありましたが、プランの時も押しつけ感がなく、自分の思いを丁寧に汲み取ってもらえたので思ったことをなんでも話できたのがよかったです。2階のテラスからたくさんの光が入るので、今まで営業していた1階の店舗とは比べものにならないほど明るくなりました。イメージ通りの仕上がりになったので気に入っています。お店休業日もこの空間で過ごす時間が増えました。
