リフォームのきっかけ
家族構成の変化や建物の老朽化をきっかけに、建て替えも検討しました。
しかし、この住まいは義父が大工として手がけた、こだわりの詰まった和風建築。
その想いを受け継ぎ、住まいの良さを活かしたかたちで、リフォームによる再生を選びました。
お客様のご要望
- 水回りやリビングなど、日常的に使う空間は老朽化しているため、リフレッシュしたい
- 古い建物のため、断熱性や耐震性を高めて安心できる住まいにしたい
- 廊下や和室にある鳳凰の天井を活かし、来客をもてなす空間にしたい
- ケーキや焼き菓子を作れる専用の厨房が欲しい
- お菓子作りのための厨房や来客スペースは、生活空間とは切り離して設けたい

こだわりポイント
廊下の天井に描かれた鳳凰はそのまま残し、趣のある意匠を活かしました。一方で、暗く感じていた壁は明るい色に変更し、玄関から廊下にかけて、より明るく開放的な印象に仕上げています。
生活スペースは一度スケルトン状態にまで解体し、断熱性・耐震性をしっかりと強化。快適さと安心を両立した住まいへと生まれ変わりました。
