リフォームのきっかけ

大家族ながら収納スペースが少なく、物があふれてしまっていたことから、すっきり片付く住まいを目指してリフォームを決意されました。
また、これまでに実家やご自宅2階のリフォームをお任せいただいた際、対応や仕上がりにご満足いただけたことから、今回も他社にはご相談されず、当社へ直接ご依頼くださいました。

こだわりポイント

立派なお住まいでスペースは十分にありましたが、収納しにくい状態だったため、LDK・和室・ランドリーなど、それぞれのゾーンで効率よく収納できるよう工夫しました。
また、大家族であることを踏まえ、プライバシーを確保すべき部分と、オープンにした方が良い部分を見極めながら、より使いやすい動線となるようプランしました。
さらにリビングには、お子様の成長を感じられるスタディコーナーを設け、隣接する和室との境には孤立感を与えない抜け感のある建具を採用。家族が自然と集まりやすい空間づくりにこだわりました。

リフォーム以前と比べ、家事や掃除がとてもスムーズになりました。収納も増え、物があふれることが少なくなったと思います。
今の住まいで過ごす好きな時間は、キッチンで料理をしながら子どもの遊ぶ姿を見たり会話できることです。また、洗濯物をたくさん干せるので、洗濯する時間も好きになりました。
打合せから完成までで印象に残ったことは、収納やドアの寸法など、細かいところまでこだわったところや、アクセントクロスのおすすめデザインをいくつか提案してもらえたところです。とても参考になりました。
