リフォームのきっかけ

定年後の住まいを探していた中、平屋でまだ築年数も古くないリビングが天井の高い吹き抜けになっているオシャレな物件と巡り合いました。キッチンも良いものが入っていたのですが、色が赤色でどうしてもイメージに合わないので、交換したく、またその他の住宅設備器具も全て新しく交換したいと思いました。

カントリー雑貨や、アンティークな家具が好きなので、それが映える空間にしたい。
キッチンや洗面には木製にこだわってウッドワンの無垢板の扉にしたい。

こだわりポイント

奥様こだわりの雑貨や家具が映えるように、内装はシンプルに仕上げました。こだわったのは、トイレの入り口がリビングから直接だったので、ワンクッション腰壁を作り上部は明かりを通すため洗面スペースの内窓とデザインを合わせた仕切りをご提案しました。広いLDKスペースの目隠し兼アクセントとなりました。

自分好みの家具や雑貨を配置すっるのが楽しみな空間になりました。一番のお気に入りスペースは無垢のカウンターと扉のオーバーカウンターの洗面スペースです。ネットで購入した可愛い壁掛け収納を取付け、リビングからの明かりを取り込むための開閉式の室内窓が良い一層雰囲気を出しています。
