リフォームのきっかけ

外壁のリフォームは一度もしたことがなく、そろそろメンテナンスが必要だと感じていました。塗装ではなくカバー工法にしようとは思っていましたが、どんなものがあるのか分からないので、提案してほしかったです。

こだわりポイント

毎年バラが綺麗に咲いているお宅でしたので、バラの似合う外壁にできたらなと思い、軽量セラミックレンガの「カルセラ」をご提案致しました。カルセラはレンガの雰囲気はそのままに軽量なのでリフォームにぴったりです。玄関廻りと道路面をカルセラにし、見えない部分は樹脂サイディングで性能とデザインを兼ね備えた外壁になりました。

カルセラという商品を知らなかったのですが、本物のレンガ見たいなデザインが気に入り、採用を決めました。施工された現場を見学して、色合いを確かめたりし、納得のいくデザインになりました。樹脂サイディングもグリーン系の色が屋根にも合い、バランスのとれた外観になったと喜んでいます。
