以前に外壁３面は上張りでリフォーム済でしたが、今回傷んでいる屋根と合わせて正面の外壁も今後メンテナンスのいらないようにリフォームしたい。

玄関まわりが暗い感じがする。せっかくリフォームするので明るい雰囲気に一新したい。

リフォーム済の外壁と合わせて正面も上張りすると、黒一色の外観になるので冷たく暗い感じがするのでは奥様が心配されていたため、玄関まわりにおしゃれで風合いのあるカルセラレンガをご提案しました。屋根は基材の保証３０年の石付板金のカバー施工をおすすめしました。
