リフォームのきっかけ

今まで活用されていなかった築４０年以上の母屋を居住スペースに替え、老後に備えて快適に暮らせるように変えたい。

お客様のご要望

和室の続き間をLDKにしたい。
書庫を作りたい。
LDKからご主人の趣味のお庭を眺められるようにしたい。
インテリアは奥様こだわりの海外風に変えたい。
冬は寒いので、暖かくしたい。
明るくしたい。
古い玄関からの出入りはないので、お庭に出入りするために使いたい。
奥様とご主人の寝室をそれぞれ１階に作りたい。

こだわりポイント

和室の続き間２間と広縁を一つの空間にしてLDKに。大きな窓からは光をたっぷりと取り入れ、ご主人の趣味のお庭を眺められるようにしました。床、壁には断熱を施し、ヒートポンプ式の床暖房を入れることで、冬は足元から暖かく快適に過ごせます。デザインは海外のホテルのように寛げる内装にしました。使えわれていない玄関はテラスに替え、お庭への出入り用に。寝室は内装にこだわり、ご主人は和風、奥様は洋風にそれぞれの好みに合わせお気に入りの空間になるようにしました。また、家具も輸入家具のアシュレイを取り入れることでより海外風になるようにご提案しました。

昭和の家がこんなに変身するとは思いませんでした。床暖は足元から暖かく、本当に快適です。窓からは朝日が入り、ヨガをしながらお庭を眺めて寛いでいます。全く使われていなかったスペースが見事に生まれ変わり、大満足です。LDKは広々として海外のホテルのような空間に変わりました。プレゼントのアシュレイの家具もよく似合う内装で、暮らしが変わりました。
